Joel has a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute, a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Amity University, India and a Diploma in Project Planning and Management, Makerere University. He is an experienced and results- oriented Project management Professional with over ten years’ experience working on rural community development programs. He has been instrumental in project lifecycle implementation of Health, Education, Livelihood, WASH and youth economic empowerment projects in North eastern districts of Teso and Karamoja sub region and developing effective Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworks of programs. Joel is currently Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Manager at an NGO in Bududa (Arlington Academy of Hope Uganda)
