Godfrey has more than 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector with a proven track record in building strategic partnerships, organization capacity building, fundraising, knowledge management, volunteer engagement, and program development. He has served in staff leadership positions, on boards, advisory committees, and as a consultant/trainer for organizations of all sizes, from small, grassroots nonprofits to large, national organizations.
He is passionate about lived experience leadership in mental health. He works with individuals and service user groups to co-design scalable, and cost effective community mental health interventions to improve access to care and support with a specific focus to young people and youths. Godfrey received his Master’s Degree in Management Studies specializing in Monitoring & Evaluation from the Uganda Management Institute.
