Kaheru Brian is a healthcare entrepreneur and the Founder/CEO of Medical Impact Uganda, a pioneering organization dedicated to improving healthcare delivery in rural Uganda. Specializing in leveraging technology, Brian has successfully implemented telehealth solutions that connect doctors in urban centers with underserved rural populations, providing life-saving consultations and expanding access to qualified medical professionals. Under his leadership, Medical Impact has also established nurse-led community clinics, addressing critical gaps in healthcare infrastructure and workforce availability while promoting community well-being through essential support services. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science and a Certificate in Software Engineering. He is also an alumnus of the YALI Regional Leadership Center (East Africa). With advanced skills in software engineering, AI, and project management, he combines his healthcare expertise with technology to create innovative solutions for complex challenges. Beyond his work, Brian is passionate about continuous learning in technology.
