Gatrude Nakanwagi is a dedicated educator, education leader, social impact advocate,gender based violence advocate, and program manager with experience in literacy development, gender empowerment, and community engagement. She serves as a headteacher at Shaona Primary School and a program officer with the Michigan Fellows Africa Initiative, championing inclusive education in schools and civic participation. Passionate about women and girls, cultural preservation and maintenance, and sustainable development climate development actions .she works to empower marginalized communities across Uganda.
