Maxwell Akandwanaho is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and positive change in Uganda and beyond. As a Programs Associate at Uganda Unites, he designs initiatives and promotes social engagement. With over 6 years of experience in volunteer leadership, he champions equal opportunities, reconciliation, and non-violence. A certified Street Business School Lead Coach, Maxwell empowers women entrepreneurs to combat poverty through business skills training. He also serves on ChildFund Uganda’s National Youth Advisory Council. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in English and Communications, Maxwell believes in the transformative power of young people and is dedicated to shaping a brighter future.
