Raymond is a passionate entrepreneur, social impact advocate, and community leader with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, dedicated to driving positive change. He is the founder of Tukwebiriguma Uganda Limited, an agro-business specializing in milling maize grains and producing Prime Maize Flour. Established in 2024, the company aims to provide high-quality, affordable food products while empowering local farmers and contributing to Uganda’s agricultural value chain. Future production plans include expanding into other nutritious products like soya and millet. In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Raymond is the visionary behind the Mbarara Rise Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to uplifting marginalized communities in Uganda. Through strategic partnerships with local governments, international organizations and initiatives like fundraising for vulnerable groups, Raymond works tirelessly to create opportunities and improve lives. His advocacy efforts include addressing challenges faced by minorities communities in Uganda, especially those impacted by the Anti-Homosexuality Act, and promoting equality and inclusion. Raymond is currently pursuing his second degree, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), to deepen his understanding of legal frameworks and further enhance his ability to advocate for justice, equality, and human rights. Known for his strategic thinking, leadership, and ability to forge impactful collaborations, Raymond’s mission remains consistent: to build a sustainable future rooted in innovation, resilience, and inclusivity.
