Bwanga is the founder of Shine Reusable Pads which focuses on menstrual health and management, He is the head teacher of Ekitangaala Transformation High School the role he has performed for now 4 years, Holds a post graduate diploma in Education from Ndejje University, Bachelor Degree in Development studies from Makerere University
