I am Rebecca Nanono, a gender equality activist with over six years of experience in development, focusing on ICT for development, sexual and reproductive health and rights, management, climate action, and digital rights. My passion lies in empowering structurally silenced groups, particularly women and marginalized communities, through digital transformation and climate resilience initiatives. In 2020, I cofounded Shetechtive , a non profit civic tech organization that promotes digital rights of women and girls. I also lead a social enterprise that tackles waste management by repurposing plastic and biodegradable waste into eco-friendly products. As an advocate for digital inclusion and sustainability, I actively work towards creating equitable access to technology and opportunities for all. In my free time , I volunteer in initiatives that uphold my values and dreams .
