Joel Kutosi (Nakwekwe) is an accomplished Project lifecycle management specialist with over 7 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems development, implementation, and capacity development. His expertise includes managing projects, designing, and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems, and conducting project evaluations. Joel has conducted numerous data quality audits for USAID and UKAID funded programmes and developed a variety of unique methodologies to ensure that data maintains its quality throughout the data management process for maximum utility to donors, program managers, implementers, and beneficiaries. Joel is experienced in successful planning and coordination of Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) community surveys implementation and has worked with program implementation teams to plan and conduct operations research, particularly regarding research design, data management, analysis, and interpretation. Armed with a Post graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management, Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology, and a Diploma in Project Planning and Management. Joel is a Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) fellow and a graduate of the maiden MTN Foundation Youth Skilling program with an International Computer Driving License certification from ICDL Africa. With a diverse career trajectory spanning project implementation, M&E framework systems development, and data management. Joel has excelled in program data analytics and visualizations, project lifecycle implementation and Stakeholder engagement. Notable among his career achievements are his successful implementation of projects funded by USAID, PEPFAR, Comic Relief, DFID etc, where he delivered outstanding project management services and executed highly effective program implementation strategies. Recently, Joel has found a new passion in mentoring recent graduates and job seekers (students alumni) from our Education program at Arlington Academy of Hope Uganda a nonprofit championing community transformation in Eastern Uganda where he generously shares his invaluable insights and experiences, offering guidance to recent graduates and job seekers in crafting compelling and distinctive career narratives. Joel excels in guiding such individuals to regain confidence, enhance professional skillset, and cultivate a proactive professional network.
