Cindy is passionate about driving evidence based decision making for socio economic development and transformation within Uganda and Africa at large. Cindy holds a masters degree in Development Economics and a PGD in Monitoring and evaluation. She is committed to continuous professional development while staying up to date with emerging trends and best practices in M&E.
