Lokol Ceasar is a published author of the title "The Classic Prescription" and founder of Forum for Youth Employment Empowerment and Deployment (FYEED) and Tzar Leadership and Rhetoric Hub nonprofit organizations.
He has a legal background, and is therefore an all-time enthusiast of Social Justice, Global Governance, Policy Development and Youth,-boasting an impressive background of prolated civic engagements and humanitarian support interventions with various public and private, indigenous and international institutions.
Ceasar and FYEED are currently committed to enhancing youth competence through skills empowerment (hard and soft skills); enterprise development, economic strengthening and welfare support, and leadership development and mentorship programs in the most vulnerable and impoverished rural and urban areas of Uganda.
He also founded the Tzar Leadership and Rhetoric Hub which is a high-impact solution-oriented empowerment platform racing to equip the critical mass of vibrant Pan-African leaders for strategic community leadership and socioeconomic resilience through scholarship and a robust skilling programming in socio-entrepreneurship, leadership excellence and the Art of Rhetoric.
