I am a highly innovative and self-motivated individual with the passion to solve community challenges faced by people in rural / developing communities. I possess creative entrepreneurship and leadership skills for team building, alongside a natural ability to understand complex tasks and break them into manageable activities to meet organizational goals. I have developed program support experience with 8 years in the non-profit sector with a focus on youth and women empowerment through mentor-ship, practical skills development and entrepreneurship training. I am effective in strategic partnership development and innovative social enterprise skills for organizational sustainability. I have conducted project monitoring and evaluation to access community impact of implemented programs.
